Recently, Sinopec Shanghai Offshore Oil Bureau and Sinopec Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing.

At the signing ceremony, the Shanghai Bureau expressed gratitude for the technical support provided by the Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute over the years, and put forward four suggestions on strengthening the all-round cooperation between the two parties in offshore oil and gas development: First, it is necessary to deeply analyze the current status of major operating blocks.
