Witnessed by Li Shousheng, Party Secretary and President of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, and Li Liangjun, Deputy Secretary and Vice President of Huayi Group Party Committee, and Chairman of Shanghai Institute of Chemical Technology, Wei Naixin, Party Secretary and Director of China National Chemical Economic and Technological Development Center Zhai Jinguo, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, general manager and dean of Shanghai Chemical Industry Institute, signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of the two parties respectively, and then held a joint laboratory unveiling ceremony.

After the signing and inauguration ceremony, the leaders and experts at the meeting visited the joint laboratory and held a discussion and exchange meeting.
