Shanghai Petrochemical successfully builds "three highs" packaging operation area

Recently, Shanghai Petrochemical Plastics Department has completed the renovation and reconstruction of 13 palletizers and 12 cold shrink wrappers with an annual output of 900,000 tons of resin products.

According to reports, the updated palletizer has a design capacity of 13 layers of packaging materials that can be stacked on a pallet, with 5 packs of 125 kg per layer, and a total of 1.

In order to create a "three highs" packaging operation area, the company's plastics department began preparing for the construction of the project in June 2019 and completed it in April this year, which lasted nearly two years.

At the same time, in order to adapt to the current advanced operation mode of logistics operations, the department has also added shared pallet supporting facilities.

In order to meet market and customer needs, and improve product quality and information transparency, the department introduced a new QR code printer while updating and rebuilding the equipment, and scanned it through WeChat to provide customers with product brand numbers, batch numbers, and various information on the certificate.
