The company's olefins department implemented the odor rectification project of the coking system of the butadiene plant, using waste butadiene tar and ethylene pan oil to be fully mixed in a certain proportion, and then mixed with ethylene tar in proportion to finally reconcile the ethylene tar into qualified carbon black Raw material oil, realizing butadiene tar turning waste into treasure

The department continuously optimizes the blending frequency, improves the efficiency and accuracy of blending carbon black raw materials, shortens the delivery period from 10 days to 6 days, and increases the output per batch from 120 to 150 tons to 190 to 220 tons

In October last year, 1,009 tons of carbon black raw material oil was qualified to leave the factory.
It was the first time to achieve batch production.
Later, it stabilized at more than 1,000 tons per month, and the increase in revenue exceeded one million yuan per month
