    Sinopec News Network reported on April 6th that the SL233 logging team of Sinopec Jingwei Shengli Geological Logging Company used element logging technology to accurately capture the completion depth of the three-way completion under the condition that the target formation of Shunbei 9X well was 135 meters ahead of the design .


    According to logging professionals, the element logging technology is similar to the “X-ray” perspective used in medicine.


    Shunbei 9X well is a key pre-exploration well deployed in the Xinjiang industrial area, with a designed well depth of 8,643.


    In order to overcome difficulties and get stuck in the formation, SL233 logging team technicians used element logging technology to continuously analyze and test every meter of cuttings from the well depth of 7,450 meters, and timely discovered the change in the stratum buried depth significantly earlier than the design.
