Since the beginning of the year, the technical staff of Shengli Oilfield's Chunliang Oil Production Plant have actively explored the development of high mud sandstone reservoirs.

The content of mud and gray matter in conventional oil reservoirs is low.

This year, when the process technicians explored the transformation of the pure 42 oil layer, they found that the upper and lower parts of Shahejie Formation in this block have many vertical upper layers and thin layers, low reserves abundance, lithology is mainly feldspar fine siltstone, part of which contains mud Quality (the shale content is as high as 80%), which is a typical high muddy sandstone reservoir

The oil layer stuck in the high mud sandstone is like the piece of meat sandwiched in a "sandwich".

In order to develop the pure 42 block more efficiently, in terms of the process system, the technicians formulate a suitable fracturing reform plan for the block according to the characteristics of large strata span, thin strata, and poor physical properties.

When fracturing high muddy sandstone, the fracturing fluid can easily enter the low-stress interval, resulting in uneven reconstruction.

If the exploitation of oil reservoirs is like laying a highway, ordinary oil reservoirs can be driven with two lanes.

Through indoor simulation, technicians determine the support joint height, joint length, and joint width, optimize the construction displacement, achieve the control of joint length and height, and realize the goal of "adding sand and adding good sand".

“In the past, we used tubing to add sand.

Therefore, the technicians changed their fracturing thinking, and optimized casing fracturing for new wells.

In March of this year, Chunliang Plant continuously perforated and fractured 3 wells and 6 sections of Chun 42 blocks within 2 days, injected 3135.

At present, the 3 oil wells of Block 42 have produced a total of 1,898 tons of oil, with an average daily output of 9.
