    Recently, the 2021 joint-stock company oil and gas exploration project opening demonstration meeting was held in Shengli Oilfield.


    As of the end of 2020, Shengli Oilfield has used 730 million tons of ordinary heavy oil, mainly using steam huff and puff and water flooding as the main development methods, with an annual output of more than 4 million tons.


    To this end, scientific researchers set up a project to conduct research on the microbial flooding compound mechanism, system construction and process innovation of the medium-low permeability sensitive, thin-bed, and marginal heavy oil reservoirs in Shengli Oilfield.


    It is understood that after thermal recovery and development of ordinary heavy oil reservoirs, the original biological community is severely destroyed, and the species and concentration of organisms are lower than those of water-flooded heavy oil reservoirs, and it is difficult to activate internal sources.
