    The new technology of high-efficiency thermal insulation of aerogel coatings is a new thermal insulation and energy-saving material technology developed by the technical staff of Shengli Oilfield Technology Testing Center.
    The layer is easy to fall off, and the aerogel coating will fall off along with the rust after spraying directly, which seriously affects the energy-saving and thermal insulation effect of the aerogel coating

    In order to solve the corrosion problem of metal storage tanks, manual sand blasting and rust removal are usually used to eliminate the adverse effects caused by the corrosion of metal storage tanks

    The rust removal method has the problems of incomplete rust removal and high waste disposal cost


    After investigation and analysis, the technicians of the center prefer to adopt a new technology of sodium bicarbonate crystal sandblasting and rust removal
    .


    This process technology uses compressed air or high-pressure water as a power source after crystallization of sodium bicarbonate, and sprays sodium bicarbonate microcrystalline abrasives onto a clear surface by spraying.


    Field test and application practice shows that the new technology has the advantages of strong application ability in oilfield production site, low use cost, simple processing technology, convenient operation, etc.
