The project pioneered the technology of segmented multi-layer low-rank coal pyrolysis of gas heat carrier and hydrogenation directed conversion of naphthenic base oil by full fraction of medium and low temperature coal tar, developed an integrated system for clean and efficient conversion of low-rank coal, realized the conversion of low-rank coal and the high value of oil products, achieved significant economic and social benefits, led the green, low-carbon and high-quality development of the industry, produced special oil products for military and civilian use, and provided a new way
to ensure national energy security.
