Sichuan issued 35 technical documents just to solve the problem of VOCs pollution

On February 21, the reporter learned from the Sichuan Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment that in order to effectively deal with the increasingly prominent ozone pollution, Sichuan has recently issued 35 technical documents related to volatile organic compounds (VOCs) standards, specifications, and guidelines to promote the province’s environmental air.

It is reported that the preparation of these technical documents is coordinated and organized by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Eco-Environment, and the Sichuan Academy of Eco-Environmental Sciences assumes the overall technical responsibility.

The relevant person in charge of the Atmosphere Department of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment stated that the introduction of these technical documents will further improve the technical system of air pollution control in our province, and provide regulatory agencies and enterprises with standardized, refined, and process-based technical support for volatile organic compounds management and control.
