According to reports, the DS23 regional substation of Zhongke Refinery is a 35KV special substation for the 350,000-ton/year high-density polyethylene plant of Zhongke Refinery.
According to the design requirements, the power of the DS23 regional substation comes from China Kelian Chemical 2#110KV power distribution center and 2#110KV power distribution center successfully delivered power on December 26, 2019.
The main electrical equipment of DS23 regional substation includes 2 35KV power transformers, 6 10KV power transformers, and 10KV power transformers.
There are more than 40 medium voltage switch cabinets and more than 70 low voltage switch cabinets

In order to ensure that Zhongke Refining and Chemical DS23 regional substation receives electricity on schedule, the management team of the Fourth Construction Engineering Project Management Company participates in the sixth branch of the Zhongke Refining and Chemical Project managed by PMC, and requires all participating units to strictly implement the electrical equipment of the Zhongke Refining and Chemical Project.
