On June 20, Sino-Korean Petrochemical successfully produced HCPP series resin pellets of high melting index related grades, and became an enterprise producing this product with a polypropylene plant of 300,000 tons/year

HCPP high melting index related grades are the key research projects of Sino-Korea Petrochemical No.
3 polypropylene plant.
They have the characteristics of high melting index, high impact resistance, high crystallinity, high flexural modulus, high fluidity, and low volatility.
They are widely used.

In order to achieve innovative breakthroughs, the company taps the potential of existing devices, carefully organizes and optimizes production, and successfully produces three HCPP grades under a production load of 36 tons/hour
.

During the production process, the device overcomes difficulties such as high rubber phase content, which is easy to produce sticky material to block the pipeline, large amount of hydrogen added, difficult reaction control, and easy stop of the extruder.
The parameters are continuously optimized.
The technicians are on duty 24 hours a day.
