On April 14, Sinochem International announced that the company's investment of 978 million yuan to build a project with an annual output of 40,000 tons of nylon 66 and 25,000 tons of intermediate hexamethylenediamine has fully completed the mid-term delivery of the plant

According to reports, the technology has been fully verified by small and pilot tests, and the key indicators such as the purity, chromaticity and polarographic value of the prepared hexamethylenediamine products are at the leading level in the industry.

In September 2020, Sinochem International, relying on the innovative production process of hexamethylenediamine, combined with the advantages of steam, natural gas and other energy sources in the western region, invested in the construction of a project with an annual output of 40,000 tons of nylon 66 and 25,000 tons of intermediate ethylenediamine in Zhongwei, Ningxia

At present, the project is in the commissioning stage and is expected to achieve stable production in June this year
