The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council issued an announcement on the 19th on the second exclusion list of the first batch of goods subject to tariffs on the United States and Canada.

According to the "Announcement of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on Trial Implementation of the Exclusion of Commodities Subject to Tariffs on the United States and Canada" (Announcement No.
2 [2019] of the State Council Customs Tariff Commission), the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council organized a review of the first batch of goods subject to tariffs on the United States and Canada.
The valid application has been reviewed and it has been decided to exclude some of the products.
The relevant matters are as follows:
For the commodities listed in the annex, from December 26, 2019 to December 25, 2020 (one year), the tariffs that I have imposed to counter the US 301 measures will no longer be levied
