    On July 25, SK Chemicals, a chemical company under South Korea's SK Group, and Shuye Environmental Technology Co.


    According to the above-mentioned memorandum, the joint venture established by the two parties will build a new depolymerization plant with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons of recycled raw materials and a recycled plastic and copolyester plant with an annual capacity of 200,000 tons


    SK Chemicals spent 23 billion won to acquire a 10% stake in Shuye Environmental Protection last year, and signed an offtake agreement for 20,000 tons of chemical recycling plastic raw materials
