Recently, China's Southwest Natural Gas Daqing Strategic Research Project was launched and a seminar was held in Chengdu

The seminar conducted special discussions on five topics: "Resource Foundation and Potential Research", "Exploration and Development Theory and Engineering Technology Research", "Investment and Benefit Research", "Organization Mechanism and Management Innovation Research", and "Market Demand, Environmental Protection and Policy Research"

Experts at the meeting believe that the next step is to focus on the resource base, construction scale, and stable production cycle of Southwest Natural Gas in Daqing; the second is to organically integrate Southwest Natural Gas in Daqing with the national double-carbon goal.

More than 50 people from the Chinese Academy of Engineering, PetroChina Exploration and Development Research Institute, Sichuan Engineering Science and Technology Development Strategy Research Institute, Southwest Oil and Gas Field Branch and other related units attended the meeting
