Since the beginning of this year, Southwest Oil & Gas Branch has focused on major breakthroughs in new areas and increased reserves with economies of scale, expanding shale gas, and fighting high-quality exploration.

In accordance with the work idea of ​​"rapid evaluation, resource identification, high-quality exploration, and overall production", the Guiye 1 well was directly drilled in long horizontal sections without pilot holes.

In the next step, they will strengthen regional comparative analysis, vigorously implement the integration of exploration and development, accelerate the process of shale gas exploration and evaluation in the Guihua structure, use existing drilling rigs, implement new wells on the same well site, minimize drilling rig transitions, and improve operation efficiency , Realize cost reduction and efficiency increase.
