    [ Policies and Regulations of Chemical Machinery and Equipment Network ] In order to implement the "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and standardize the formulation of environmental monitoring and analysis methods and standards, the "Technical Guidelines for the Development of Environmental Monitoring and Analysis Methods and Standards" are now approved as national environmental protection standards.
    The standard will be implemented on April 1, 2021.

    This standard specifies the basic requirements and technical routes for the formulation of environmental monitoring and analysis method standards, as well as the technical requirements for standard texts and related technical documents.

     

    This standard is a revision of "Technical Guidelines for the Preparation and Revision of Environmental Monitoring and Analysis Methods Standards" (HJ 168-2010).
    This standard* was published in 2004.
    The original standard drafting unit was China Environmental Monitoring Center and Nanjing Environmental Monitoring Center Station; it was revised for the first time in 2010, and the drafting unit was Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences, National Environmental Analysis and Testing Center and Jiangsu Environmental Monitoring center.

     

    This is the second revision.
    The main contents of this revision include: the standard name is revised to "Technical Guidelines for the Development of Environmental Monitoring and Analysis Methods Standards"; the definitions of the terms "correctness", "quantitative methods" and "qualitative methods" have been added, and the terms "accuracy" have been adjusted Definition; deleted the relevant requirements of the working procedures of environmental monitoring and analysis method standards; added the technical route of environmental monitoring and analysis method standards; refined the requirements and methods for determining the characteristics of environmental monitoring and analysis methods; increased the comparison of environmental monitoring and analysis methods The technical requirements for environmental monitoring and analysis methods are improved; the technical requirements for environmental monitoring and analysis method verification are improved; the content requirements for the standard text and compilation instructions of environmental monitoring and analysis methods have been improved.

    This standard applies to the formulation of standards for environmental monitoring and analysis methods.
    From the date of implementation of this standard, the "Technical Guidelines for the Establishment and Revision of Environmental Monitoring and Analysis Methods Standards" (HJ 168-2010) shall be abolished.
