Sinopec News Network News recently, the Zhongyuan Oilfield Puguang Gas Field Natural Gas Purification Plant completed the upgrade and adjustment of 1 set of monitoring heat exchangers and 1 set of circulating water online analyzers, which can grasp the circulating water system operating parameters and water quality parameters in real time, and discover in time The circulating water system is abnormal, reducing the replenishment and drainage of the circulating water system caused by heat exchanger leakage, circulating water sludge breeding, etc.

As the second largest high-sulfur natural gas purification plant in the world and the largest sulfur production base in Asia, the plant's circulating water system monitoring heat exchanger is responsible for the monitoring of 6 sets of combined devices and sulfur storage and transportation systems of about 50,000 tons of circulating water per hour task.

At the same time, the technical staff of the plant also combined with the actual operation of the circulating water system, and installed free chlorine, total phosphorus, pH, conductivity and turbidity and other monitoring and running water quality online analyzers for the circulating water return system.
