China Petrochemical News Network reported that since late June, the construction of process pipelines for Zhejiang Petrochemical's high-pressure polyethylene project undertaken by the Tenth Construction Company of Refining and Chemical Engineering has entered a peak stage
It is understood that the total installation of process pipelines for the second phase of Zhejiang Petrochemical’s high-pressure polyethylene project is as high as 560,000 inches in diameter, which is the focus and difficulty of the overall quality management of the project.
The project department focused on innovative management of pipeline construction quality, and successively implemented software such as weld quality QR code and mobile phone APP for welding rods, effectively improving the accuracy and timeliness of pipeline construction quality, and realizing digital and intelligent management of pipeline quality
At present, the process pipeline of the project has completed 440,000 inches in diameter, and the qualified rate of pipeline welding quality has reached more than 98%.
