Since the start of the project, the project department of the second phase of the tenth construction Zhejiang Petrochemical Company has been guided by the overall target requirements of the project construction, focusing on the key lines of the project construction, mobilizing lean construction forces, and successively setting off civil construction, underground pipeline network, steel structure, equipment, process pipeline, etc.

The project department takes "management innovation and work efficiency improvement" as its main focus, and focuses on implementing the strategy of steel structure and equipment modularization to effectively improve construction efficiency.

As of April 20, the main steel structure of the two slurry-bed residual oil hydrogenation units of the Zhejiang Petrochemical Phase II project has been completed.
