Ten Jian Gulei Ethylene Project continues to strengthen the investigation of hidden dangers

In the past few days, the Gulei refining and chemical integrated 800,000 tons/year ethylene project undertaken by the Tenth Construction Company of Refining and Chemical Engineering Co.

Since the completion of the Gulei Refining and Chemical Ethylene Plant, the construction of the project has shifted from the construction stage to the start-up and feed preparation stage.

The project department implements a leader-in-the-shift system for risk and hidden hazard investigations, and the professional construction leaders go into the specific construction site to investigate ideas, management, and technology, and focus on the group company’s "five inspections and five strict" special action requirements to ensure safety, and make every effort to secure the start-up of the ethylene plant.

The project department has strengthened the management of construction work tickets, carried out all-round and three-dimensional management and control of hot work, lifting and hoisting operations, and actively cooperated with the owner’s workshop personnel to do various risk detection and investigation work, and resolutely took all kinds of risks.
