Recently, private equity giant Terra Firma sold 334MW of Italian solar platform RTR
for 1.

The portfolio will be sold to infrastructure investor F2i

The deal makes F2i the third-largest owner
of solar assets in Europe.
The CEO of Terra Firma said, "We have developed RTR from a small asset to become Italy's leading independent solar company, more than
doubling the amount of energy it generates.
RTR and Terra Firma's creativity and tenacity in navigating the complex regulatory environment and changing energy markets have resulted in this positive outcome
for our investors.

According to Terra Firma, RTR's EBITDA in 2017 was €130 million ($151 million).
F2i's CEO said, "As the acquisition achieves a total production scale equivalent to more than 800MW, F2i is the third largest solar power producer
in Europe.
The noteworthy operational and financial efficiencies achieved at scale will also make it one of
the most effective operators on the continent.
