All along, the Tangshan Municipal Market Supervision Bureau has continuously increased the sampling of refined oil products, continuously improved the supervision capacity of refined oil market, and the qualification rate of refined oil products has increased
year by year.
However, due to the long sampling period of conventional sampling, unqualified oil products are difficult to seal and control in time and other unfavorable factors, which restricts the effectiveness of
refined oil quality supervision.

In order to solve this practical problem, the Tangshan Municipal Market Supervision Bureau has won more than 6 million yuan in financial funds and purchased two refined oil rapid testing vehicles and laboratory testing equipment
.
The detection indicators of the refined oil rapid detection vehicle cover octane number, cetane number, aromatic hydrocarbon content, olefin content, ethanol content, sulfur content, freezing point, cold filter point, flash point (closed mouth), density (20 °C) and other important indicators
of environmental protection, quality and safety.
After debugging and comparison, it takes only 15 minutes to quickly screen a single sample, and the accuracy and stability of rapid screening can reach the level of laboratory testing, and the varieties, labels and unqualified items of suspected unqualified oils can be accurately locked

If the rapid inspection screening is unqualified, the routine testing procedure is started on the spot and the suspected unqualified oil samples are transferred to the routine laboratory for testing
.
At the same time, law enforcement personnel shall, on the basis of the situation of unqualified items for rapid inspection and in accordance with Article 56 of the Administrative Punishment Law, take administrative measures
such as prior registration and preservation.
