The 2022 Jiangxi Think Tank Summit - Lushan Academician Innovation Forum was held

On September 16th, the 2022 Jiangxi Think Tank Summit - Lushan Academician Innovation Forum, jointly sponsored by Jiangxi Provincial Association for Science and Technology and Jiujiang Municipal People's Government, with the participation of Jiujiang Petrochemical, with the theme of "Zhihui Lushan Innovation Leadership", was held
in Lushan.
More than 400 academicians, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, foreign academicians, industry experts, and enterprise representatives attended the event, laying a solid foundation
for the construction of important node cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt with high standards and the empowerment of petrochemical enterprises with science and technology.

On the day of the forum, academicians and experts, as well as representatives of well-known domestic enterprises, provincial and municipal related enterprises, focused on 5 key industries such as petrochemical, new materials (silicone), digital economy, clean energy, and tea industry, and held 5 thematic forums and roundtable meetings
on "academicians and experts talking about high-quality development".

At the meeting, Qian Feng, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and director of the Key Laboratory of Intelligent Manufacturing of Energy and Chemical Process of the Ministry of Education, made a keynote speech, and specifically pointed out the innovative application practice
of intelligent manufacturing system in enterprises such as Jiujiang Petrochemical and Zhenhai Refining.
Jiujiang Petrochemical participated in the holding of sub-forums such as the Petrochemical Thematic Forum, and introduced the integrated development ideas
of Jiujiang Petrochemical at the meeting.

After preliminary negotiations, a total of 48 investment projects were signed at the forum, with a signed amount of 63.
7 billion yuan; A total of 282 high-end talents and 270 innovative achievements were introduced into the
signed projects.
Among them, 17 projects such as comprehensive development of clean energy, green building materials and high-end ship equipment manufacturing were signed
on site.
Jiujiang Petrochemical participated in the PETG/PCTG technology and signed a cooperation agreement
at the development and application project site of the aromatic hydrocarbon industry chain.

The conference fully brings together academicians, high-end expert talent resources and scientific and technological innovation elements, which will help to "change lanes and lead" with the "academician economy", empower the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, and make the "key variable" of scientific and technological innovation become the "largest increment"
in the development of petrochemical enterprises.
