North Sea refining structure adjustment and transformation project total investment of 980 million yuan, including a new 1.
2 million tons / year LTAG device, 30,000 Buehler / h hydrogen plant, as well as supporting public works, storage and transportation facilities

Construction of the project started in September 2019, completed in April 2021, and commissioned in August 2021
