The cold box of the air separation unit of the Nanjing Engineering Hainan Ethylene Project is hoisted in place

Sinopec News Network News On August 26, the lifting of the cold box of the rectification tower of the air separation unit of the Hainan Ethylene Project, which was contracted by Nanjing Engineering Company EPC, was successfully completed, marking the full start of the installation of the equipment

The project will build a set of 45,000 standard cubic meters per hour air separation plant.

The cold box is the main core component of the air separation unit.

The company's purchasing department and the project department have made efforts in the same direction.

Due to the large weight of the equipment, the small space in the tower, and a lot of high-altitude operations, in order to ensure the smooth lifting of the cold box, before the equipment is hoisted, the project department fully implements the safety and technical disclosure work of the subcontractors, and organizes the subcontractors to hold several special meetings.

According to the overall construction plan, the rectification tower of the core equipment of the air separation plant is planned to be hoisted in sections in mid-September.
