At 11 o'clock on August 13, the Guangdong Petrochemical Project Petroleum Coke Hydrogen Production Unit F Series Gasifier Oven Oven for 4 hours was successfully completed
after reaching a constant temperature of 1200 degrees Celsius.
With the last gasifier turning off and cooling, the work of 6 gasifier ovens of the country's first 100% petroleum coke hydrogen production unit was fully completed, laying a solid foundation
for the whole line of the project to be put into operation.

Gasifier oven ignition is the key control node of the project start-up, using GE gasification technology, the carbon conversion rate is relatively high, the slurry is injected into the gasifier through the three-channel process burner, the gasification reaction occurs inside the gasifier, and the single furnace produces 337,000 standard cubic meters
of crude syngas per hour.
