On September 16, it was learned from CNOOC Tianjin Branch that Bozhong 34-9 Oilfield, the first sandstone oilfield under the influence of igneous rock in China's offshore, has produced more than 5 million cubic meters of oil and gas since it was put into operation, marking a new stage in the development of oilfields in China's offshore igneous development areas, promoting China's offshore oil and gas exploration to move to more levels, and making outstanding contributions
to ensuring national energy security and economic and social development in the Bohai Rim region.
Bozhong 34-9 Oilfield is the first oilfield in Bohai to be put into development in the igneous rock development area, and due to igneous rock intrusion, its oil-bearing layer is "honeycomb coal", making it extremely difficult
to find high-quality reservoirs.
In the face of difficulties and challenges, the geological reservoir researchers of Bohai Oilfield took the initiative to face the difficulties, carried out in-depth fine research, guided the development of well deployment, and accurately located high-quality reservoirs in igneous rock gaps, laying a solid foundation
for the efficient development of oilfields.
In the implementation process of the ODP (overall implementation plan) of the oilfield, the Bozhong 34-9 oilfield broke through the convention, broke the boundary between the development well and the adjustment well, explored and formed the "integrated" development mode of the development well and the adjustment well, promoted the project cost savings of 15%, and achieved remarkable results in cost reduction and efficiency, providing a reference
for the high-quality development of the subsequent oilfield.
In the next step, scientific researchers will continue to carry out in-depth special work to improve oil recovery, increase the yield of a single well, and reduce the decreasing rate, and continuously tap the potential of oil increase through fine reservoir management, so as to provide a solid guarantee
for the smooth completion of the annual production and operation goals of the Bohai Sea Oilfield.
