On March 26, the first phase development project of CNOOC Bozhong 19-6 condensate gas field started in Qingdao

CNOOC Bozhong 19-6 Condensate Gas Field Phase I Development Project plans to build 8 new structural units at three sites in Qingdao and Tianjin, including 1 central platform, 3 unmanned wellhead platforms and 4 jackets The processing volume of steel structures built on land is expected to reach 32,000 tons, which is equivalent to the weight of the steel structure of a medium-sized aircraft carrier.

The project has many pioneering technologies, high implementation difficulty, and large amount of engineering work.

It is understood that the Bozhong 19-6 condensate gas field was discovered in the central waters of the Bohai Sea in 2019.

Bozhong 19-6 condensate gas field is an important achievement of CNOOC in increasing domestic oil and gas exploration and development, and it is also a key project for the construction of the national natural gas production, supply, storage and marketing system

The first-phase development project of Bozhong 19-6 condensate gas field is more difficult than the test area.
