The draft regulations on the supervision and management of refined oil products were submitted for consideration for the first time

On the afternoon of August 29, Luo Wenzhi, director of the Standing Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress, presided over the 11th meeting
of the Standing Committee of the Seventh Municipal People's Congress.
The Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Refined Oil Products in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone (Draft) were submitted for deliberation for the first time, aiming to implement the whole process of supervision
of the quality of refined oil products through legislation.

The reporter learned that the regulations submitted to the current Standing Committee meeting for deliberation also include the "Regulations on the Management of City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone (Revised Draft)", "Amendments to the Metrology Regulations of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone (Draft)", "Rules of Procedure of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress (Revised Draft)", "Amendments to the Regulations on the Appointment and Removal of State Organ Staff by the Standing Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress (Draft)", "Regulations on the Promotion of the Development of the Guangming Science City of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone (First Draft Amendment)", and "Regulations on the Social Credit of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone (Shenzhen Special Economic Zone).

The meeting heard and deliberated a number of planned budget and audit work reports, including the report on the final accounts of Shenzhen in 2021, the report on the implementation of the budget at the same level and other fiscal revenue and expenditure audits in Shenzhen in 2021, the report on the implementation of the national economic and social development plan for January-July 2022 in Shenzhen, and the report on the implementation of the city's budget for January to July 2022

As an important part of this meeting, the meeting heard and deliberated the special work report
of the municipal government on the cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
The meeting also listened to and deliberated on the key core technologies of our city, the special work reports of the Municipal Intermediate People's Court on the implementation of the Civil Code to comprehensively strengthen civil trial work, and the Municipal People's Procuratorate on carrying out juvenile procuratorial work, and conducted satisfaction evaluations
