In the past thirty years of exploration and development practice, China's chemical parks have accumulated very valuable and rich experience

The "Methods" summed up these experiences and formed normative requirements to guide the high-quality development of the chemical park in the future

Article 1 of the "Measures" clearly stated: "In order to standardize the construction of chemical parks, improve the level of intrinsic safety and green development of chemical parks, and promote the high-quality development of the chemical industry, according to the "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening the Work Safety of Hazardous Chemicals" and "Regarding Promotion "Guiding Opinions on Standardized Development of Chemical Parks", "Guidelines for Safety Risk Inspection and Governance of Chemical Parks (Trial)", "Guidelines for Comprehensive Evaluation of Chemical Parks" and other document requirements and standards, formulate these measures

For example, the state has a total of 15 basic requirements for the identification of chemical parks, which put forward very clear requirements for chemical parks from establishment procedures, park responsibilities, site selection and layout, to planning, evaluation systems, and hardware facilities; The future development of the park also puts forward the principle requirements and basic directions

As the provincial accreditation management measures for chemical parks are promulgated before and the national "Measures" are promulgated later, there will be some incomplete coordination among them.
