Recently, the Hainan Refining & Chemical Engineering Group Fifth Construction Company undertook the 1 million tons/year ethylene refining expansion project.

This project is a key project of the group company and also a key project of Hainan Refining & Chemicals to improve quality and efficiency

In terms of safety, the project department conducts monthly and weekly safety meetings, strengthens safety inspections, strengthens direct operation control, and conducts emergency drills to ensure the smooth operation of the project

In addition, the Hainan Refining & Chemical Ethylene Project Department was designated as a green construction site by the Fifth Construction Company.

In terms of quality: the project department organizes and launches the construction quality model guiding activity, and uses the "first model" construction products and quality documents as the quality behavior demonstration model and entity quality reference standard of the construction process, and the QHSE model room is set up in the project department for display.

At present, the project has been transferred from civil construction to large-scale installation.
