for the "SITC Zhejiang" ship company of Xinhaifeng Shipping Company, which is berthed in the port area of Waigaoqiao Phase IV of Shanghai Port.
This is the first order of refueling of bonded marine fuel local license for international navigation ships in Shanghai, and it is also the first operation realized by PetroChina SIPG to obtain the "001" Shanghai local license, marking a solid step
in the field of bonded marine services in Shanghai.

In February this year, Shanghai promulgated the "Shanghai International Navigation Ship Bonded Bunkering Management Measures", PetroChina SIPG responded as soon as possible, becoming the first enterprise to submit application materials to the Municipal Commission of Commerce, and on August 23, it was awarded the first local license for Shanghai bonded ship bunkering, and immediately declared to the port for refueling approval, under the guidance of maritime and customs ports, opened up the business operation process at the fastest speed, and ensured that PetroChina Port "001" The first order of bonded ship bunkering for international voyages under the Shanghai local license was a complete success

On November 18, 2020, PetroChina SIPG (Zhoushan) Energy Co.
, Ltd.
, a subsidiary of PetroChina SIPG, after obtaining the local license for bonded ship bunkering, realized normalized bonded ship bunkering operations in Yangshan, Zhoushan and Ningbo ports through the cross-border and cross-port mode, and has completed more than 580 bunkering trips and 550,000 tons
of bonded oil so far.
The first bonded ship bunkering of Shanghai local license by PetroChina SIPG is another breakthrough
in the bonded ship fuel field after the subsidiary.
