Sinopec News Network reported on the morning of April 27 that the first compressor unit PO exhaust compressor unit of the Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Atmospheric and Vacuum Project P0/SM unit constructed by Nanjing Engineering Company was hoisted in place.

The PO exhaust compressor is a fully enclosed structure and adopts an air-tight design, without any process medium leaking to the external environment.

In order to ensure the safe and smooth progress of the hoisting work, the project department held several special meetings to actually survey the site, optimize the hoisting, construction plan, and arrange the hoisting in-place plan; always put safety first, and take the initiative to connect with the manufacturer for the actual transportation of the compressor unit In the process of arrival, contact the general contracting procurement department in advance to carry out the unpacking inspection of the equipment, complete the basic settlement procedures with the civil engineering unit, and clear the road to the factory.

After relevant professionals made a safety and technical quality clarification, the PO exhaust compressor unit was lifted smoothly, and it only took 18 minutes to complete the installation and hoisting of the base bolts of the 34 compressor units.

The smooth hoisting of the PO exhaust compressor unit marks the beginning of the installation of the PO/SM unit compressor unit of the atmospheric and vacuum project, and a solid step forward for the completion of the construction tasks with high quality and efficiency and winning the goal of "6·30".
