    The successful closing of the circuit breaker of Dengjiashan traction substation in the Yunnan section of Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway marks the beginning of the "pacing" transmission of the first electrified "heart" of Yunnan high-speed railway, laying the foundation
    for the opening of the Yunnan section of Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway.

    Dengjiashan Traction Substation is located in Zanyi District, Qujing City, Yunnan Province, and undertakes the power supply
    of more than 40 kilometers of catenary lines in the Yunnan section of Shanghai-Kunming Province.
    The traction substation mainly provides kinetic energy supply for high-speed rail EMUs, which is the key to ensuring the safe, high-speed, reliable and stable operation of high-speed rail trains, and is known as the "heart"
    of the traction power supply system of high-speed rail EMUs.

    On the same day, after the on-site engineering and technical personnel of the power supply section of Kunming Railway Bureau and China Railway Electrification Bureau Group Electrification Company, the data indicators of the external power line and the main transformer impact test and self-investment test showed normal and the equipment operation was in good
    condition.

    There are four traction substations
    in the Yunnan section of Shanghai-Kunming Kezhuan, Fuyuan North, Dengjiashan, Jiuxian and Changshui.
    The four traction substations are all converted into 27.
    5 kV AC high-voltage power provided by the external power grid through the traction transformer, and then transmitted to the catenary erected above the railway line to supply power to the high-speed rail EMU, complete the kinetic energy supply of the EMU traction, and ensure the normal operation
    of the EMU.

    It is understood that after the successful transmission of power from the Deng Jiashan traction substation, the power transmission work of the remaining three traction substations will be carried out one after another to ensure that the entire Yunnan section of the Shanghai-Kunming branch will be transmitted at the end of June, laying the foundation
    for the joint debugging and joint test of the Shanghai-Kunming special Yunnan section.
