The quench tower has a diameter of 13 meters, a height of 80 meters, and a total weight of 1,500 tons.

The Russian AGCC project is the first general contracting project undertaken by the Refining and Chemical Engineering Group in Russia, and it is also the largest overseas contracted monomer construction project of the Refining and Chemical Engineering Group.
