    held a symposium on the completion of the first phase of the project at the Ningde Nuclear Power Base.
    Media reporters learned from the symposium that the last unit of the first phase of the Ningde nuclear power project was put into operation on July 21, and all four units were operated
    at full power for the first time on August 19.
