Recently, Sinopec's pilot project "On-line diagnosis of gas well effusion and pilot test of intelligent drainage gas recovery technology" undertaken by the Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute of Sinopec Southwest Petroleum Bureau passed the acceptance of the group company
    .

The Southwest Petroleum Bureau has more than 1,500 production wells in the mid-shallow tight sandstone gas reservoirs in the Western Sichuan Depression, of which 1,128 gas wells use liquid drainage to produce gas to maintain stable production
    .

Liquid drainage and gas recovery technology has become one of the main technologies for prolonging the stable production period of gas wells

With the increasing number of measure wells, the workload of drainage and production is increasing.
Traditional effusion diagnosis methods have low timeliness, and early warning is not timely, which affects drainage effects; traditional manual preparation plans and manual drainage methods are labor-intensive and cannot meet the requirements of large-scale gas field drainage.
At the same time, the manual processing process may also have certain safety hazards due to human factors
    .

In order to further reduce labor intensity, improve drainage efficiency, and improve safety and fine management level, it is urgent to explore intelligent drainage gas recovery technology

The “On-line Diagnosis of Gas Well Fluid Accumulation and Pilot Test of Intelligent Drainage Gas Recovery Technology” undertaken by the Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute of Sinopec Southwest Petroleum Bureau takes the tight sandstone gas reservoirs in western Sichuan as the research object, and focuses on foam drainage gas recovery and plunger gas lift drainage recovery.

Developed a cluster well intelligent bubble ejection agent device, developed an intelligent bubble ejection remote monitoring system, and developed a pump injection accuracy optimization algorithm.

At present, the results of this project have declared 4 patents and published 5 papers, providing technical support for the popularization and application of intelligent drainage technology in tight sandstone gas reservoirs
