Recently, a QC project "Improving the Detection Accuracy of Sand Containing Online Monitoring Devices" from the Sand Control Institute of Shengli Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute won the first prize of the Li Oilfield Outstanding Achievement Appraisal.

Unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs in Shengli Oilfield are widely distributed in various oil production plants, and both reserves and annual production account for about 80% of the entire oilfield.

In order to further improve the accuracy of sand production monitoring, this project combines the field test situation and indoor test to comprehensively analyze the end factors that affect the monitoring accuracy, and formulate a perfect plan for the two main factors to effectively improve the accuracy of the sand content online monitoring device.
