Sinopec News Network reported recently that it was learned from the construction site of Hainan Refinery’s million-ton ethylene plant that since the detailed design of the Hainan Refinery’s ethylene plant contracted by the Fourth Construction Company officially launched on December 25, 2020, the Fourth Construction Project Department has cooperated with Sinopec.

In the construction of the Hainan Refining and Chemical Ethylene Project, the Fourth Construction Company scientifically optimized the layout of underground pipelines.

The deployment of the Refining & Chemical Engineering Group's "Big Corps Operation" has been well implemented in the construction of Hainan Refining & Chemical's million-ton ethylene plant.
