According to reports, the newly-built marine fuel oil storage facility substation of Zhongke Refinery is a special substation that provides power for marine fuel oil storage facilities.

In order to ensure that the substation of the newly built marine fuel oil storage facility receives electricity on schedule, the project management team of the Fourth Construction Project participated in a group of land projects managed on behalf of the owner (PMC).

Up to now, the electrical panels and transformers of the substation of the newly built marine fuel oil storage facility of Zhongke Refining and Chemical have all been installed, and nearly 80% of the cable laying in the substation has been completed.
