Atmospheric vacuum distillation plant II is the leading device of Guangdong Petrochemical Project, with a design processing capacity of 10 million tons / year, an annual operating hour of 8400 hours, a design flexibility of 60%~110%, and a design operation cycle of four years for major repair

The device adopts high vacuum decompression and deep drawing technology to provide raw materials for downstream continuous reforming, jet coal hydrogenation, diesel hydrogenation and other devices; At the same time, narrow point technology is used to optimize the heat exchange network, make full use of the waste heat of the device, and achieve the purpose of
reducing energy consumption.

In this feeding trial production, Guangdong Petrochemical Company will consider the factors of balancing materials, reducing costs, safety and green environmental protection in the whole process, and the atmospheric pressure reducing device II will be produced at 70% load for 10 days, processing a total of 199,920 tons of crude oil, and coordinating with other 6 sets of naphtha hydrogenation and other 6 sets of equipment started in the same batch to provide oil intermodal transportation, catalyst vulcanization oil and some equipment reserve raw materials
for the subsequent plant start.

Guangdong Petrochemical Project is the largest refining project with one-time investment by CNPC, and is currently the only refining base in China that can process all inferior heavy oil, which can increase the added value of products by 25% and reduce energy consumption by about
15% compared with refining and chemical enterprises of the same scale.
Relying on good crude oil adaptability, it can process 20 million tons of crude oil annually, and can produce 1.
