on December 24, the highest and heaviest 2# propylene tower among the over thousand-ton equipment in the Gulei refining and chemical integration project was successfully hoisted at one time.
So far, the project's 800,000-ton/year ethylene cracking unit has over a thousand-ton large-scale equipment.
The lifting work is all completed

The 2# propylene tower is about 110 meters high, about 8 meters in diameter, and has a net weight of more than 1,400 tons

The entire hoisting process took 6 hours.
With the joint efforts of all the construction personnel, the equipment was safely and stably in place

At present, five large-scale equipment of over 1,000 tons, including quenching water tower, quenching oil tower, ethylene tower, 1# propylene tower and 2# propylene tower, have been successfully hoisted and put into place one after another, marking the staged success of the project's ethylene plant construction and the installation of equipment.

It is understood that in order to ensure the success of receiving electricity once, the electrical module personnel of Fujian Gulei Petrochemical Company have actively worked overtime since October to make various preparations for the start of the substation receiving electricity.
In the early stage, 123 standardized protection inspections and 171 functional inspections have been completed.
, 61 relevant unit acceptances, 718 "three investigations and four determinations" work, and the compilation of power receiving work lists

At the same time, the electrical module regularly organizes personnel to inspect and clean the electrical equipment of the entire station, and repeatedly confirms issues such as equipment wiring, component tightening, and power distribution automation

On December 16th, the electrical module officially received the power-receiving start-up instruction issued by the provincial power grid dispatching center.
All operators took turns to take over the post and worked continuously for 4 days and 3 nights.
At 19:00 on the 19th, the power-receiving and commissioning of all equipment in the station was successfully completed.
