On August 27, with the successful placement of the last secondary quenching heat exchanger in the cracking furnace area, it marked the successful conclusion of the hoisting task of the large-scale equipment of the ethylene plant of the Lianyungang Petrochemical Large-scale Equipment Hoisting Project Department

Since the first lifting of the water stripping tower of the ethylene plant process on November 28, 2019, during the construction period of 9 months, the project department has scientifically organized 2,500 tons of hydraulic lifting, 2,000 tons of crawler cranes, 1,600 tons of crawler cranes, and 650 tons of crawler cranes.
Cranes, 450-ton crawler cranes, 400-ton crawler cranes, 350-ton crawler cranes and other mechanical vehicles completed the hoisting of 54 pieces of equipment inside and outside the contract safely, efficiently and with high quality, winning high recognition and unanimous praise from all parties

During the construction process, all the staff always put their work in the first place, and the ethylene rectification tower, the highest tower of 104m in the whole plant, rose from the ground, the 2000-ton crawler crane hoisted the quench water tower for the first time in Lianyungang, and 3 condensers were limited.
The achievement of the milestones in the installation of the space compressor workshop, the precise positioning of 56 modules of 7 cracking furnaces at high altitude, and the hoisting of a 596-ton cold box by a 1,600-ton crawler crane.
