The horizontal duct hoisting of Gulei Refining and Chemical EVA Plant in Ten Construction was completed

Sinopec News Network reported on April 26 that with the smooth retraction of the 150-ton crawler crane, the horizontal section of the largest diameter air pipe of the EVA unit of the Shijian Gulei Refining & Chemical Corporation was successfully hoisted as a whole, laying the foundation for the smooth completion of the air conveying system construction of the unit.

It is understood that the EVA device degassing silo air delivery system pipeline hoisting includes a horizontal section and a vertical section, the process is cumbersome and the construction volume is large.

As the horizontal section of the air pipe is long and the outer wall is thin, it is extremely easy to deform during the hoisting process.

In the process of air duct construction, the project department adopts prefabricated installation to achieve "measured material selection" and save costs to the greatest extent.

In the next step, the Tenth Construction Project Department will accelerate the construction of the vertical section of the air duct of the EVA device degassing silo air delivery system, overcome the adverse effects of rainy weather, and ensure safe and high-quality completion of all lifting tasks.
