Sinopec News Network recently announced that the group company announced the results of the 2020 Sinopec Quality Engineering Award, commending the group company’s outstanding management team and advanced individuals for construction projects.
Dong Jianjun, Zou Jianyun, Bie Aihua, and Hu Jianghai of the Ministry of Thermal Power were rated as "Outstanding Contributors".
The One Furnace One Machine Project is one of the company's key construction projects, and the Ministry of Thermal Power is responsible for the construction.
The project started construction in December 2016 and was completed and put into production in August 2018.
After the completion of the new boiler, various technical indicators have reached the best level of domestic devices of the same type.
In the process of project construction, four comrades from the Ministry of Thermal Power, including Dong Jianjun, Zou Jianyun, Bie Aihua, and Hu Jianghai, highlighted HSE management, strictly controlled quality, inverted the construction period, and wall chart operations to ensure the safety, quality and duration of the project controlled.
The 50,000-ton/year SEBS device construction project adopts the technology independently developed by Sinopec’s “Ten Dragons” scientific and technological research.
During the project construction period, the company selected outstanding backbones to form a project team to undertake the engineering design of the BCC combined device, three sets of devices in a district, and the overall supporting parts of the public works.
The project team earnestly fulfilled the contract agreement, strictly controlled the design quality, engineering safety, project cost and schedule control, worked hard to eliminate the influence of unfavorable factors, and ensured that the project construction schedule was realized on time in accordance with the overall overall control network plan.
