On November 9th, with the successful hoisting of the efficiency tower C-1571 in the main cold box, the hoisting of the large parts of the air separation unit of the Hainan Refinery and Chemical 1 million tons/year ethylene project undertaken by Nanjing Engineering of Refinery and Chemical Engineering Group was successfully completed.

The large-scale hoisting equipment on site of the air separation plant mainly includes molecular sieve adsorber, air cooling tower, water cooling tower, rectification tower and argon efficiency tower.

In order to ensure the successful completion of this centralized hoisting task, the project department has held several special meetings to optimize the hoisting plan, implement technical safety measures one by one, and strictly control the process operation, taking into account the characteristics of high-altitude operations, restricted space operations and many cross-operations on the construction site.

Before hoisting, the project department and the construction unit made sufficient preparations and repeated measurements to achieve zero error in each dimension
