Since the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", the rapid construction of domestic oil and gas pipelines has brought huge demand
for pipeline equipment.

for the localization of key equipment for oil and gas pipelines.
On the basis of realizing the localization and engineering application of 20 MW-level electric drive compressor units, 30 MW-level gas-driven compressor units, 40-inch and 48-inch 600-pound and 900-pound all-welded ball valves, in 2012, the group company launched the second round of localization research on key equipment of oil and gas pipelines, and 32 enterprises in the United Nations mainly carried out 2500 kilowatt-level oil pump units, 56-inch 900-pound fully welded ball valves, plug valves, check valves, forced sealing valves, pressure relief valves, regulating valves, 7 kinds of valves of pressure regulating device, 3 kinds of valve actuators of electric, gas-liquid, electro-hydraulic, as well as natural gas ultrasonic and turbine flowmeters, quick opening blinds and other 5 categories of 16 kinds of key equipment in the station field localization research and
development.
The major domestic science and technology project has completed the research and formulation of 19 technical conditions and test outlines, and jointly developed 5 types of 16 kinds of key equipment for oil and gas pipelines with 32 cooperative manufacturers, a total of 40 products and 90 prototypes, of which 33 products have passed the factory appraisal jointly organized by the China Machinery Industry Federation and the Ministry of Petroleum Science and Technology Management, and the main technical indicators have reached the international advanced level, and industrial tests and applications
have been carried out in the fourth line of Qingtie, the independent line, the first line of the west and the second line of the west.
Up to now, science and technology has specially formulated 19 technical conditions and test outlines for 16 kinds of oil and gas pipeline equipment in 5 categories, including 2500 kW-level oil pump units (motor self-lubrication); 46 patents have been applied, including 2 international patents, 12 invention patents and 32 utility model patents
