On May 7, good news came from the HDPE unit of Yuneng Chemical Polyolefin Center.
Since the unit was switched to bimodal pipe (PN049-030-122) on January 20, it has been running stably for 108 consecutive days, refreshing the self-starting of the unit.
The highest record in the production of Shuangfeng pipes since the beginning indicates that the production technology level of Yuneng Hua Shuangfeng products is at the forefront of similar devices in China

It is reported that in the production process of the double-peak PN049-030-122 of the similar domestic device, problems such as sticking of the reactor wall and rising power of the axial flow pump will be encountered, which restrict the long-term stable operation

In order to ensure the high-quality and efficient operation of the device, the device also conducts intensive training for all staff to improve the post operation skills; further strengthens the refined management, continuously optimizes the process operation, and gradually improves the operation level to effectively prevent abnormal fluctuations from affecting the operation of the device
